50-50 Drawing/Raffle Rules

 

 

 

 

  1. The drawing/raffle is for the benefit of the RV Club. The. RV Club will provide the necessary tickets for the drawing/raffle.  Contact the Traveling Our Way (TOW) Advisory Committee for additional information.

 

  1. Total amount of money received from the 50-50 donations are to be validated by wagon master/campout host(s) and two other members prior to the raffle.

 

  1. No proceeds from the 50-50 drawing/raffle are to be used for the payment of any camping fees and/or expenses for a campout.

 

  1. 50 percent (%) of the total proceeds are to be raffle off at the campout where the funds are collected.  The number(s) of winner(s) to be drawn and the amount of money to each winner(s) is to be determined by the wagon master/campout host(s).

 

  1. 50 percent (%) of winnings are to be donated to the TOW treasury.  It is the responsibility of the wagon mater/campout host(s) to ensure the transfer of the money to the club treasurer.
