Waiver
of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement and Membership Form
In consideration for
participating in TOW, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, TOW, its
officers, servants, agents, volunteers, (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any
and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of
or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me,
or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or
otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises
where the activity is being conducted or in transportation to and from said activity.

I am aware of the
risks and hazards that are connected with traveling on the road to and from such events
that from time to time will be made available to me by TOW. I hereby elect to voluntarily
participate in activities that may be available to me as a member of TOW.

I further hereby agree
TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs,
including court costs and attorney fees, which may arise from my participation in driving
to and from such activities.

It is my express
intent that this WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT shall bind members of my
family and spouse (if any) as well as any guests that may accompany me.

I also understand that
I should and am urged to obtain adequate vehicle insurance to cover any personal injury to
myself or that I may cause to others personally, or to their vehicles, which may be
sustained during a TOW activity or the transportation to and from such activity.

IN SIGNING THIS
RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability
and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily.
